Jeff is a real estate investor, former SaaS and life sciences exec, husband, and dad to six amazing kids.
Before diving into real estate full time, Jeff spent years building companies from the ground up. Jeff helped scale a software company from $300K ARR to a valuation north of $100M, raised 30M in venture capital, and earned East Carolina University’s Top 40 Under 40 recognition along the way. Those experiences taught Jeff to stay disciplined, stay strategic, and always lead with integrity.
Today, Jeff’s focus is on smart, steady acquisitions and helping investors cut through the noise with real-world clarity. Whether Jeff is buying properties, raising capital, consulting, or lending, the goal is the same: serve well, execute well, and leave every deal better than he found it.

Casey Gregersen
Founder, CEO
Casey is a serial entrepreneur in multiple industries as well as a former Petroleum Engineer for Shell. Driving strategy and performance across the Gregersen Corporate Group is where most of his efforts are stationed as he develops team leaders in each company. As he leads the sales team, he is also responsible for developing the best solutions for property sellers and investors in each market. Casey’s vision remains the driving force behind the productivity in each team across the corporate group. Casey is also a husband, father of 4 boys, visionary, serial-entrepreneur, and professional real estate investor. His passion is to help others reach their financial freedom through passive income in real estate. Over the past decade, he’s invested in hundreds of deals. From wholesaling, fix and flipping, buy and hold, he’s built business around each process of investing. His teams are able to acquire properties, fix them up, and get them sold in each of the markets he’s operating in. Casey specializes in acquiring properties with creative finance which means his investors get the best investment with the best terms.
Clint Warren
COO - Gregersen Corporate Group
Clint has been leading projects and managing teams for Casey since 2018 across multiple states. He earned his B.B.A from the Rawls College of Business and has a background in sports and coaching. He's worked for Major League Baseball, the Australian Baseball League, Hillerich & Bradsby/Wilson Sporting Goods, before transitioning to consulting and brand management for clients in the Real Estate industry. As COO, Clint enjoys investing in teams and systems that drive performance to achieve Casey's vision.
Jeff Ainsworth
Investor Relations, Sales
With 15+ years in institutional growth, Jeff specializes in scaling complex organizations and managing capital. He previously helped lead a software firm from $300K in revenue to a $100M+ valuation, navigating the operational rigor of a $30M venture capital raise. This background—recognized by ECU’s Top 40 Under 40—forged his disciplined approach to risk mitigation and fiduciary responsibility. While building venture-backed companies, Jeff identified a core gap for high-earners: Most W-2 professionals have a tax and ownership problem, not an income problem. Because the tax code rewards long-term capital and ownership, Jeff applies the same institutional-grade rigor used in the tech boardroom to the real estate market. He replaces speculative "hype" with durable, tax-efficient structures that help investors buy back their time. As Lead for Investor Relations at Bighorn Capital Fund, Jeff partners with accredited investors to deploy capital into high-quality assets. His focus is unwavering: operational excellence, capital preservation, and maximizing long-term asset value.
Ashley Garza
Executive Assistant
Ashley serves as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and plays a key role in supporting our investors and ensuring a smooth experience from onboarding through the life of each investment. She works closely with the investor relations team to guide new investors through documentation, coordinate communication, and provide updates on project progress and performance. Ashley helps keep investors informed by managing updates, assisting with transaction logistics, and serving as a reliable point of contact for questions along the way. Her attention to detail and proactive communication help ensure every investor feels confident, informed, and well supported.
